About Lima
Lima is in a coastal area. You cannot swim in the ocean and there is a cliff rather than the sand beach. But you can still walk on the coastal side while enjoying the breezing air. In May, the weather was quite nice, and people were enjoying the paragliding. Of course I joined.
We were on the sky for about 30 min. My buddy was quite skilled, he flew among tiny tall buildings to the close to the cliff rocks. Getting so close, I was almost able to touch the plant on the roof of the building.
In the afternoon, we joined a walking tour in Lima. I am just going to show pictures since I could not understand Spanish explanation much. But if you find a nice picture, please try and go because walking the city was quite fun as well!
Since it is in coastal area, and has a big influence on Spain, the best meal you can get is Paella and Seviche. For drink, you can enjoy purple corn juice or pisco sour, if you love alcohol. According to Trip Advisor, Punto Azul was one of the best restaurants and was very easy to walk from my hotel.

We had a dinner twice there on 1st day and 8th day. Staffs were nice, kindly explained and recommended several dishes based on what we like and we dont like. They provided a nice pasta, we especially loved squid ink pasta. Seviche here was quite nice as well. Their desert looked fabulous but we didn’t try since we became so full. It is nice, and reasonably priced so popular among middle class locals. If you visit Lima, this is the restaurant I personally recommend.
